Q:What are my payment options?
A:You can use PayPal, all major credit cards are accepted (no PayPal account necessary):

Q:I would like a custom order, can I choose my beads, clasps etc?
A:Absolutely. I will work with you to create one of a kind jewelry piece. Price is set by materials used.
Q:Will you send my information to 3rd parties?
A:No, I promise, I will not pass your information to other parties.
Q:What is your return policy/order cancellation?
A:All sales are final unless the item you received was damaged. I will be happy to exchange defective items within 7 days of purchase. I will not accept returned merchandise without being notified first. You can cancel your order before it was shipped, unless it is a custom order. I want you to be happy with your purchase, if something is wrong, please contact me.
Q:What is you shipping policy?
A:I offer a flat rate of $2.50 for shipping & handling within USA. Other countries are $5 flat rate shipping.
You will receive your piece in a small bag that you can use for storage or to be gifted. Your item will ship to your confirmed PayPal address.
A:Your item will be shipped 1-3 business days after your payment was received. I use USPS 2-5 day shipping with *insurance. (*on orders above $80 FREE!) in USA
All other counties please be patient with customs. Shipping depends on postal services expect 2-3 week shipping time.
Q:Will I pay tax?
A:California residents pay 8.50% sales tax.
Q:Can I come to your shop to have a look?
A:There is NO physical shop at Fabulry, nor any showroom. I am sorry that you can't come to visit at this time; I regret there is no way for me to accommodate walk up traffic.
